1. How do I apply for my promo code ?
You can apply your code at checkout, in the box under your order total.
2. Can I exchange an item won in a contest?
Unless it is a matter of sizing in shoes, promotional gifts and contest winnings cannot be exchanged for other products or for credit vouchers.
3.When does my offer code expire?
Each code has a different expiry date. Do contact our customer support team for
further confirmation.

Orders and Payments
1. What payment methods do we accept ?
Domestic: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cards, UPI, NetBanking, Wallets
2. Can I palce an International Order?
Currently, we do not accept international shipping orders.

3. Can I Change/Cancel my order?
Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our
customer support team at the earliest to change/cancel your order.

Shipping and Returns
1. How do I know if an item is eligible for return?
We adopt a 7-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused,
unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers are not eligible for
return.

2. What about my money after I return my orders?
You will get a full refund to the origin of payment within 7-10 business days from the day order has been picked up from the customer.
In case of COD payment, you will be requested to share your bank details in which you desire the amount to be refunded.

3. What is the process of return of a product?
It takes 4 quick steps to return a product:
Step 1: Request a return on this link.
Step 2: We will verify your request.
Step 3: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 4: You will receive a refund for the amount of the style/s returned.
4. How long will it take to process my returns?
For domestic orders: 8 to 10 working days.
5. Can I return products if bulk quantity offer is applied?
Yes you can, But in case of partial refunds of orders with multiple quantity offer applied, offer amount will be adjusted from the returned product value before refunding as that offer was applicable only on multiple quantity purchase ( No return and exchange for B1G1 sale, Buy 2 at ₹1599, Buy 2 at ₹1999, Buy 3 at ₹2199 & Buy 2 @ 60% OFF ).
6. Can I return or exchange something I bought during a limited-time sale from Monrow?
We have a No Return or Exchange Policy applicable on all limited-time promotional offers, including B1G1 Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free), B1G2 (Buy 1 Get 2 Free), Buy 2 at ₹1599, Buy 2 at ₹1999, Buy 3 at ₹2199, and Buy 2 @ 60% OFF.
All items purchased under these offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
7. How long will it take to deliver my order?
It will take 2-8 business days for your order to be delivered based on your pincode. Please get in touch with the customer support team for expedited delivery.
8. Is there an additional shipping charge?
For domestic: Free shipping for all orders, no minimum purchase.
9.Why is ₹99 deducted when I return my order for a refund?

If you choose to return your order for a refund, a ₹99 logistics cost coverage fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This helps partially cover the cost of reverse pickup, shipping, and return processing involved when a product is sent back to us.

However, exchanges are completely free and come with added benefits. If the size or style isn’t right, you can exchange your footwear for another size, style, or product without any deduction.

When you choose to exchange instead of return, you may also receive:

  • Up to ₹100 extra off on your exchange order
  • 50% off on any bags across the website

Many customers prefer exchanging their product as it is usually the fastest and most value-friendly way to resolve size or style concerns.

For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refundable balance after the ₹99 deduction will be transferred to your bank account. For full details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

10.What happens if my exchange request cannot be fulfilled?

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an exchange request due to product unavailability or other operational reasons, the ₹99 logistics cost coverage amount will be issued to you as Store Credit instead of being deducted.

This Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of credit and can be used on any purchase across the website. The remaining amount (after ₹99) will be refunded to your original payment method.
