Unless it is a matter of sizing in shoes, promotional gifts and contest winnings cannot be exchanged for other products or for credit vouchers.

A warranty of 6 months is offered for every pair of shoes purchased.
Domestic: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cards, UPI, NetBanking, Wallets

Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our customer support team at the earliest to change/cancel your order.
We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself. Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers are not eligible for return.
You will get a full refund to the origin of payment within 3-5 business days. In case of COD payment, you will be requested to share your bank details in which you desire the amount to be refunded.
